Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead and mentor retail staff to provide exceptional customer service that aligns with luxury brand expectations.
- Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly targets through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store appearance is always immaculate.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with internal logistics to ensure optimal product availability and fresh supply chain management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales metrics, staff attendance, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, luxury hospitality, or premium F&B environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and irregular airport hours.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor suitable for a luxury brand environment.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic MS Office tools.
