Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stock rotation, and preventing shrinkage of building materials.
- Maintain excellent store presentation and product displays in accordance with company standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational challenges for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail supervision, preferably in the building materials or construction supply industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build a cohesive team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Deep understanding of building materials and construction product knowledge is highly preferred.
