As a Store Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supervise, train, and provide ongoing feedback to store staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Execute and monitor all marketing and promotional programs effectively within the store.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness according to company guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and regular stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly performance reports to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Retail Management or Business is preferred).
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep passion for health and beauty products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
