Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor store associates to ensure high service standards and peak performance.
- Monitor daily sales targets and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, stock counting, and loss prevention measures.
- Maintain impeccable store visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Ensure smooth daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and operational updates for the Area Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Store Supervisor, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Reside in or willing to be relocated to Bojonegoro.
