Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock audits, and ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business challenges.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bukittinggi.
