Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising execution
- Lead and motivate retail teams through performance coaching, training, and development initiatives
- Monitor sales targets and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations to maintain service quality
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for inventory replenishment
- Prepare weekly performance reports and operational improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience in consumer goods or retail sector
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic financial literacy for cash handling and reporting
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or retail management preferred
