Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet and exceed store targets.
- Manage customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the retail staff to maximize team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for seamless stock availability.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to keep the store attractive and organized.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales data and retail KPIs.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office (Excel).
- Must be willing to work in a contract-based position in Denpasar, Bali.
