Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor store staff to ensure high-performance service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize store performance metrics, including sales targets, labor costs, and waste reduction.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance service quality and product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing initiatives and visual merchandising strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory management software, and basic administrative reporting.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to make effective decisions quickly.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
