Are you a passionate retail leader with a flair for premium confectionery? We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Store Supervisor to join our prestigious Venchi Jakarta team. As a global luxury chocolate and gelato brand, Venchi demands excellence, and we need a hands-on leader to ensure our store maintains the highest standards of quality, customer service, and operational performance.
In this role, you will be the heart of our store operations in Jakarta Selatan. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through innovative local marketing programs, discount management, and ensuring that every customer receives the iconic Venchi experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective store sales strategies, including local marketing initiatives and promotional programs to drive revenue.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure strict adherence to company standards regarding cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product display.
- Manage, coach, and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues efficiently to maintain high brand loyalty.
- Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and adjust store tactics accordingly.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within retail, food & beverage, or luxury goods.
- Strong background in sales management, promotional strategies, and customer experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and inventory management.
- Impeccable communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Energetic, proactive, and professional appearance, reflecting a premium brand image.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
