Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to ensure operational excellence and consistent product quality.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Monitor and maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and brand sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor new baristas on coffee preparation techniques and customer service protocols.
- Analyze daily sales reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong passion for coffee culture and deep knowledge of beverage preparation.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive high-performance results.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on management approach.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid food safety certification is a strong plus.
