Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with operational standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the barista team to deliver top-tier customer service and beverage quality.
- Monitor and analyze store sales performance, creating action plans to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Ensure that store cleanliness, hygiene, and health safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Manage employee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with regional management regarding marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or coffee shop management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
- Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Management, or a related field is a plus.
