We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our store operations in the vibrant Indramayu area.
As a key holder of our brand's legacy, the Store Supervisor will be instrumental in translating our corporate vision into tangible in-store success. You will manage the complete spectrum of store activities, from inspiring your team and maximizing sales performance to ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and creating an exceptional environment that customers love.
This role demands a proactive leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will implement sales initiatives, conduct team training sessions, oversee stock control procedures, and maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising. Your ability to analyze performance metrics, resolve customer concerns with grace, and drive a culture of continuous improvement will be crucial.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are consistently applied on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory accurately, including receiving, stock opname, and warehouse organization.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints or issues with the best possible solutions.
- Prepare team work schedules and manage attendance according to operational needs.
- Analyze sales reports and store KPIs to report to the Store Manager periodically.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, including safety and cleanliness protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in any major is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor in the retail industry (fashion, FMCG, or department store).
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with POS systems.
- Highly target-oriented (sales driven) and able to work under pressure.
- Proactive, honest, and disciplined with strong initiative.
- Willing to work in shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must reside in Indramayu or surrounding areas. Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
