- Drive store performance through strategic program promotion and sales target achievement
- Lead and mentor store staff to develop their skills and maximize productivity

- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation
- Monitor store operations and enforce company policies/procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or management experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
