Erajaya is currently seeking a highly motivated Store Supervisor to join our team at the Levi's store in Paris Van Java (PVJ). This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving store performance, delivering premium customer service, and managing daily operations for a globally recognized denim brand.
As the Store Supervisor, you will act as the heartbeat of the retail floor. You will be responsible for translating high-level business strategies into actionable store activities, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the iconic Levi's legacy. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights to management for store development and performance improvement.
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and product turnover.
- Maintain high operational standards, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Conduct regular product training and coaching sessions to ensure staff possess deep knowledge of Levi's products.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a seamless, world-class shopping experience.
- Oversee daily scheduling and task delegation to optimize store productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the retail or fashion apparel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train team members.
- Deep passion for fashion, style, and the Levi's brand identity.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
