Are you a passionate retail leader with a flair for iconic fashion? Erajaya is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Supervisor to join our team representing the legendary Levi's brand at Summarecon Mall Bandung.

You will be responsible for driving sales excellence, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring that every customer experiences the premium quality and service that Levi's is world-renowned for. As a Store Supervisor, you will not just manage a store; you will act as a brand ambassador, implementing strategic initiatives to boost foot traffic and conversion rates while maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to ensure store targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead, coach, and inspire store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Maintain store aesthetic and visual merchandising standards according to global Levi's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional management to provide insights on local market trends and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Solid understanding of retail KPI management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Flexible, with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
