Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize losses
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in retail supervision or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Previous experience in the hospitality and tourism industry is preferred
