Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock takes, and loss prevention measures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in accordance with company guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and staff attendance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field, preferably Business or Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
