Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
- Supervise inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Enforce strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and internal quality protocols.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layouts for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or store supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and logistical best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production schedules.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards is a distinct advantage.
