Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Train and mentor store team members on sales techniques and customer service
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Implement visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness protocols
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 1-3 years retail experience with supervisory background
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
