Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse and store operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and distribution of rail supplies, spare parts, and materials.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of store attendants to ensure high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking, coordinating closely with procurement and maintenance teams to forecast demand.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and best practices in material handling, storage, and housekeeping within the warehouse environment.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and warehouse productivity.
- Identify and implement process improvements in inventory control, material handling, and supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ERP system records for all transactional movements and compliance purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or store management environment, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Keen understanding of workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations in Singapore.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
