Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze daily or weekly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be willing to be placed in the Palangkaraya area.
