Join Ismaya Group's dynamic hospitality team as a Store Supervisor for our Resto Concept in Makassar. This pivotal leadership role oversees front-end operations to ensure seamless daily functioning and exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for implementing opening/closing procedures, managing staff performance, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced dining environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily front-end operations including opening/closing procedures
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training programs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales targets
- Coordinate with back-of-house teams for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Problem-solving aptitude in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems preferred)
