Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Implement and monitor loss prevention measures to ensure asset protection
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for efficient stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or retail management preferred
- 3+ years retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory/leadership role
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to train and develop staff to high performance standards
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic retail management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
