Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and prevent shrinkage
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maintain store aesthetics
- Process sales transactions and resolve customer inquiries/complaints
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Prepare performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic financial literacy and sales reporting knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
