Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and mentor Sales Associates to improve performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and implement strategies to boost store profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure accurate replenishment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
- Execute visual merchandising standards consistently as per brand guidelines.
- Manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage during peak business hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong understanding of retail math, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
