Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and visual standards
- Manage inventory control systems including stock reconciliation and loss prevention

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred in business/retail management
- 2+ years retail supervisory experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans
