Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze daily sales data and generate accurate reports for management to track performance and identify trends.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and train store staff to improve performance and maintain a high-quality service environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and shift management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or sales supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales figures and management reports.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
