Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily stockroom operations including receiving, sorting, and organizing merchandise
- Lead, train, and evaluate stockroom associates to ensure performance standards
- Implement inventory control systems through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate product flow between stockroom and sales floor to meet demand
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests to prevent stockouts
- Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures in stockroom operations
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to support store promotions and new launches
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail warehouse or stockroom management
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret inventory data and make operational decisions
