Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising
- Train and develop retail staff on customer service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and coordinate supplier deliveries
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or supermarket environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
