- Oversee daily store operations and ensure all procedures are followed efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is highly required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
