As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our brand reputation, optimizing store workflows, and driving sales growth in one of the most exciting food retail environments in the country.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maximize productivity and maintain brand culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and coordinate ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and monitor store profitability.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Assistant Manager in the food service or retail industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and store administration.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
