You will work closely with store managers to identify knowledge gaps, deliver engaging training workshops, and mentor staff to ensure every guest receives a world-class experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing F&B staff.
- Conduct hands-on floor training to ensure compliance with company service standards and food safety protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with store management to identify training needs and implement effective solutions to boost operational efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date training manuals, instructional materials, and digital learning content.
- Track training progress and maintain accurate records of staff certifications and skill development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and professional growth.
- Assist in the launch of new menu items or service procedures by coordinating staff briefings and demonstrations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Trainer or Supervisor within the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, including front-of-house service, point-of-sale systems, and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and mentor diverse teams.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for employee development and coaching.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to align with store operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital training tools.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
