Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient logistics operations
- Prepare and maintain warehouse records and reports
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulations
