We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Storekeeper to join our team in Tawau, Sabah. In this critical role, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials and goods in and out of our warehouse. You will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing storage areas for optimal accessibility.
Your key duties include supervising loading and unloading activities, conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and collaborating with the procurement and production teams to ensure material availability. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate stock loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain precise inventory records and update the system regularly.
- Organize and store goods in designated areas for optimal space utilization.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent; certification in warehouse management is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Physical ability to perform loading and unloading tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in Tawau, Sabah.
