Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and maintain the warehouse/store layout for optimal space utilization and efficient workflow
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and supplies
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels accurately
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the storage area
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure adequate stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25kg as required
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a warehouse setting
- Valid forklift operation certification is advantageous
