Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean, safe, and accessible manner.
- Prepare materials for dispatch and ensure accurate packing for shipment.
- Perform regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
- Document all stock movements using our inventory management system.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
- Collaborate with the transport and logistics team to streamline delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar inventory role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) for data recording.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in stock levels.
- Good command of Malay and English for communication and documentation purposes.
- Possess a valid forklift license is considered a significant plus.
