Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Perform data entry and update inventory records accurately within the management system.
- Monitor stock levels and provide timely alerts for low-stock items or slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure all goods are properly labeled, packaged, and inspected for quality upon arrival.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational training in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory record-keeping.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock as required.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
