We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Storekeeper to manage our inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our storeroom. In this role, you will be the backbone of our F&B and service operations, ensuring that our kitchen and service crews always have the supplies they need to perform at their best.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, organize, and maintain the overall inventory and storage areas.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming deliveries, including food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Prepare and issue supplies to the kitchen and service crews in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily stock levels, deliveries, and withdrawals using inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and promptly report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Keep the storeroom, refrigerators, and freezers clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Basic math and data entry skills; familiarity with inventory software is a strong advantage.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and organize heavy boxes or supplies.
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Honest, reliable, and capable of working collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams.
