Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory receiving, issuing, and storing activities accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records and bin cards using inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management for reordering or disposal of obsolete stock.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and material handling equipment is an advantage.
