Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and dispatched.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using internal software or spreadsheets.
- Organize the warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and ensure easy access to stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to prevent shrinkage.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the transport team to schedule the timely loading of trucks.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehousing or storekeeping.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
