Chin Yuan Metal & M Stud Industries is a leading manufacturer in the metal and building materials sector. We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Storekeeper to join our logistics and warehouse team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and facilitating the efficient flow of materials that power our production lines.
The ideal candidate is someone who values order, safety, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods within our facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and shelving incoming goods.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with the warehouse management system.
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders accurately to ensure timely delivery to customers or production departments.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory alerts to the procurement team to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
- Document all stock movements, including damaged or returned goods, using proper filing and digital tracking methods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a related inventory management role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English communication skills.
- Valid forklift driving license (preferred).
