Tanggung Jawab
- Enter and update inventory data in Excel to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Monitor and reconcile physical stock counts with digital records
- Process incoming/outgoing materials and update inventory systems promptly
- Organize warehouse storage for optimal space utilization and accessibility
- Assist with stock audits and inventory management procedures
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure material availability
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in storage areas
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Previous warehouse or storekeeping experience preferred
