Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and physical stock takes.
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and ensure efficient retrieval of goods.
- Update the internal inventory management system (ERP/Excel) promptly for all stock movements.
- Coordinate with the production and procurement departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards within the storage areas.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation for transport.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Possession of a valid forklift license is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and lifting as required in a warehouse setting.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
