In this key role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse and inventory systems. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly by accurately tracking stock levels, managing incoming deliveries, and maintaining a safe storage environment. With a competitive salary range of RM 2,800 – RM 3,200 per month, this full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Receive, inspect, and securely store incoming shipments from suppliers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the packing and dispatch of finished goods to clients or internal departments.
- Perform monthly stock reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics or a related field.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
