Are you a detailâoriented professional who thrives in a fastâpaced logistics environment? People Profilers is seeking an experienced Storekeeper (Islandwide) to join our clientâs leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics team based in the East Region of Singapore.
In this role you will be responsible for the endâtoâend management of warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will collaborate closely with the operations, transport, and customs teams to streamline workflow, minimise downtime, and support the timely delivery of shipments to domestic and international destinations.
Key aspects of the role include implementing effective inventory control procedures, conducting regular stock checks, and leveraging technology to track and report inventory levels. You will also be tasked with maintaining clean and organized storage areas, preparing shipping documentation, and assisting with the training of junior staff when required.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is completed correctly and submitted on time.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handâheld scanners safely.
- Coordinate with transport and operations teams to optimise loading and unloading schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, keeping the warehouse clean and hazardâfree.
- Support training and supervision of junior warehouse staff as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, storekeeping, or logistics role.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Forklift license or certified operation of material handling equipment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a highâvolume environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay are a plus.
- Detailâoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
