The Role: As a Storekeeper / Logistics Officer, you will be the backbone of our warehouse and distribution operations. - Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing of inventory.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customs and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc logistics projects and support during peak operational periods.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels / NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping or logistics role.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid forklift license is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks.
