Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain systematic inventory records and perform regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to process requisitions and track stock levels.
  • Organize and optimize storage space to facilitate easy access and retrieval of supplies.
  • Manage the issuance of items to various hospital departments, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
  • Monitor stock levels and highlight re-order points to avoid shortages of critical supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the store area.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational certification in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Prior experience in warehousing, inventory management, or purchasing support is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory tracking (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing heavy boxes.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Commitment to integrity and maintaining strict control over company assets.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
