Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials accurately and safely.
- Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate stock reports, including usage logs and inventory levels, using computer systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to facilitate the timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Handle warehouse equipment and machinery with care, adhering to operational protocols.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of goods for shipment when required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in a warehouse setting (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to read and understand technical inventory documentation.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per business needs.
