Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and validate test chip vehicles for NAND product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test methodologies and specifications
- Analyze test data and provide insights for product improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement test plans for NAND memory products at various technology nodes
- Work closely with design, process, and yield engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Document test procedures, results, and recommendations for product development
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor testing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor product development or testing
- Strong knowledge of NAND memory architecture and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and test equipment
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Perl, or C/C++
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
