Join Micron Semiconductors, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, as a Senior NAND Product Development Engineer in our Strategic Technology and Product Generation (STPG) team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge NAND flash memory products that power the future of data computing, mobile, and enterprise storage.
As a key member of the STPG team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of NAND product development, from concept through high-volume manufacturing ramp. You will work closely with global design, process integration, and test engineering teams to ensure Micron products lead the industry in performance, reliability, and cost.
You will take ownership of product characterization plans, analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical tools, and drive root cause analysis for product failures. Your technical expertise will directly influence design and process decisions, helping to maintain Micron's competitive edge in the rapidly evolving memory market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead product engineering efforts for new NAND technology nodes, ensuring successful execution of development milestones from concept to HVM.
- Characterize and validate NAND device performance, endurance, retention, and disturb characteristics to meet product specifications.
- Collaborate with global Design, Process Integration, and Quality teams to optimize product yield and enhance quality.
- Drive root cause analysis for product failures using 8D methodologies and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and refine test algorithms and methodologies for product screening, binning, and test time reduction.
- Support ramp to high-volume manufacturing by resolving product-related issues in the fab and assembly/test sites.
- Contribute to product definition, qualification, and roadmap planning based on customer and market requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NAND flash or semiconductor memory product engineering.
- Deep understanding of NAND memory cell physics, array architecture, and sensing schemes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools such as JMP, Python, MATLAB, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and integration flows, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with root cause analysis methodologies (8D, DMAIC).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment with excellent communication skills.
